  • Normally one A-Level or equivalent
  • For mature students, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications.

BA (Hons) Degree

Overview

Our full degree course offers you an ecumenical environment to explore Theology in your own context.

Studying on the BA means that you can go deeper into areas which interest you, with optional modules covering:

  • Faith and the arts
  • Biblical languages
  • Chaplaincy
  • Postcolonial and intersectional theologies
  • Body theologies
  • A research project on your chosen area of community work or pioneering

Entry Requirements

  • Three A-Levels or equivalent
  • Students who have successfully completed the Diploma in Theology, Ministry and Mission may be admitted to Level 6 of the BA programme.
  • Mature students with relevant work experience who do not meet the above entry requirement may be admitted to the programme after successfully completing 20 credits at level 4 on a taster basis. Graduates in other subjects may enter the BA programme.
