Our Chaplaincy Studies and Community Work Programmes often involve a considerable amount of placement work or other experience and so we will discuss your previous experiences, current contexts, and possible opportunities with you as part of the interview process.

We are always happy to discuss these aspects informally prior to completing an application if you would find that helpful, and our specialist Community Work and Chaplaincy tutors will usually take a lead in helping you think through the options, along with Registry.

Arrangements are made for students to transfer from a course of study at another Higher Education institution to Luther King, or from Luther King to another such institution. This is done on the basis of ‘Accreditation of Prior Learning’ (APL). It allows credits gained to be transferred from one course to another in accordance with the regulations of the institutions concerned.
